Our experience with Teresa and British Estates Cattery has been nothing short of exceptional. Teresa is warm and friendly, responsive, ethical, and conscientious. Every aspect of our experience reflected her high level of care and professionalism. Teresa provided us with comprehensive transition materials providing detailed information about our kitten’s nutrition, supplements, favorite toys, and established routines—including convenient links to the products she recommended.
She also provided a great vaccination summary detailing our kitten’s medical history, completed vaccinations, and upcoming recommendations. This has been very helpful for us and our veterinarian.
The cattery itself reflects Teresa’s same high standards. It’s immaculate – well organized, and beautifully maintained.
The environment is clearly designed around the health, comfort, enrichment, and well-being of the cats that she breeds.
I’d like to highlight the compassion that Teresa extended to us following the heartbreaking loss of one of our British Shorthairs to FIP. My husband and I were devastated. Teresa responded with an extraordinary level of care and support. She worked closely with us and our veterinarian to help us navigate the necessary precautions before welcoming another kitten into our home. From testing our surviving cat to recommendations regarding sanitization and preventative measures, Teresa approached every step with knowledge, patience, and genuine concern for the well-being of our entire family.
That support meant more to us than words can adequately express.
Today, we are pleased to see our remaining British Shorthair with his new best friend and playmate. Watching their relationship develop over these past 2 months has brought an incredible amount of happiness back into our home.
