PROCESS & POLICIES

We have a Reservation and Buyer Screening process, along with other policies, to ensure that the transaction is efficient and transparent for all parties involved. Responsible pet ownership is important to us, so we carefully screen potential buyers to ensure our kittens are placed in suitable homes.

Reservation Process

Choose a kitten from the AVAILABLE KITTENS page and click “APPLY”. 

Complete the contact form.

Within 24 hours, we will contact you to schedule a 15-20 minute live video call. During this session, we will introduce ourselves, conduct the new owner screening process, provide an opportunity for you to view the kittens, and address any questions.

After our video call, you may reserve a kitten, then make a non-refundable Deposit, which is applied to the purchase price. We will not accept Deposits until after a live video call.

Receive a Kitten Purchase Agreement and a 1-Year Health Guarantee, including the terms and conditions.

Policies

To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review our policies below.

📋RESERVATION OPTIONS

A Reservation is a Deposit and is credited towards the purchase price.

Standard $500
If you know which kitten you wish to Reserve, and it is still available, this option is for you.

Priority $300
If you wish to bypass the No Fee Waitlist and Reserve a kitten from a future litter, this option is for you. This Reservation places you on our Priority List and allows you to select a kitten according to the order in which Applications are accepted. We accept a maximum of four (4) Priority Reservations at a time.

Breeder reserves the right to first choice.

💳 Deposit

A non-refundable Deposit is required to reserve a kitten and will be credited towards the purchase price. 

Payment can be made using any of the Acceptable Forms of Payment Policy. 

The Deposit is refundable only if a licensed Veterinarian determines at our facility that the kitten is unhealthy and/or unsuitable for sale.

Deposit maybe transferable to another kitten within one year from the date of Deposit. 

🐈‍⬛ KITTEN SELECTION

Upon making a deposit, Applicants have up to 24 hours from the time of the video call to select their kitten of choice.

If a selection is not made within this time frame, the Breeder reserves the right to move onto the next approved Applicant.

🐾 Meet Your Kitten

For health and safety reasons, visits to the Cattery are only permitted after we have received your Deposit to reserve a kitten. No exceptions.

After completing the video call and receiving your Deposit, we can arrange a date for you to visit the kitten at our Cattery.

Kittens must be vaccinated at least twice before arranging a visit to the Cattery.

We do not meet at separate locations with kittens for Deposit purposes.

💰 Acceptable Forms of Payment

We accept payments from any of the following third-party Apps. Payments should be made via instant cash transfer, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are non-negotiablesubject to change, and are automatically collected by the third-party Payment AppYou have the option of paying by credit card with any of these third-party Apps, however, there may be additional fees according to their policies.

To reserve or pick-up a kitten, funds must be fully cleared and available.

📅 Installments & Balance

We work with you to set up a payment plan of up to four installments before your pick-up date, ensuring the schedule fits your needs. 

The outstanding balance must be paid in full by the pick-up date, or three days prior to courier or airplane transport and shipment outside of the Cattery.

⚠️ NO PUBLIC VISITS TO THE CATTERY

The health and safety of our cats and kittens is our top priority. For this reason, we do not permit public visits to our Cattery, ensuring the well-being of all animals in our care. Neonatal kittens who have not received at least two vaccinations are particularly vulnerable to illnesses caused by viruses and bacteria. Additionally, nursing and pregnant queens are immunocompromised and require protection to continue caring for their litters and maintain optimal health. 

The risk of illness and disease can adversely affect health and, in some cases, may lead to fatal outcomes. Viruses and bacteria are invisible, and their effects can be significant, potentially resulting in substantial veterinary expenses for treating our entire Cattery. We remain committed to safeguarding the well-being of kittens reserved by new owners and will not risk exposing them to health or safety concerns arising from contact with the public. Additionally, we recognize the potential risks associated with theft and fraudulent activity. 

Caveat Emptor: This explanation aims to clarify why most catteries have stopped allowing public visits since the Pandemic. If you find a cattery that lets you visit kittens without requiring at least two vaccinations, it may be because they are either unaware of the risks or eager to make a sale. 

No exceptions. All processes and policies are strictly enforced.

KITTEN WAITLIST:

  • No fee to join
  • We email our waitlist your when kittens are expected and available, and post updates on Instagram and Facebook
  • We review our Kitten Waitlist applications and will give preference to those on the waitlist
  • You can then reserve a kitten with a deposit once we have announced they are available
