PROCESS & POLICIES

We have a Reservation and Buyer Screening process, along with other policies, to ensure that the transaction is efficient and transparent for all parties involved. Responsible pet ownership is important to us, so we carefully screen potential buyers to ensure our kittens are placed in suitable homes.

Reservation Process

Choose a kitten from the AVAILABLE KITTENS page and click “APPLY”. 

Complete the contact form.

We will reach out within 24 hours to arrange a 15-20 minute video call for the Buyer screening and so the Buyer can  see the kittens, and ask questions.

To reserve a kitten, make a $500 non-refundable depositcredited towards the purchase price. 

Receive a Kitten Purchase Agreement with a 1-Year Health Guarantee and the terms and conditions.

Video Call Interview: Introduction, understand the Buyer’s lifestyle and preparedness.

Pet Care Knowledge: Assess knowledge of pet care.

Living Conditions: Discuss space, safety, and other pets or children.

Commitment: Gauge long-term commitment.

Updates: Offer ongoing support (optional).

Policies

Deposit

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten and will be credited towards the purchase price. 

Payment can be made using any of the Acceptable Forms of Payment Policy. 

The deposit is refundable only if a licensed Veterinarian determines at our facility that the kitten is unhealthy and unsuitable for sale. 

Meet Your Kitten

For health and safety reasons, visits to the Cattery are only permitted after we have received your deposit to reserve a kitten. No exceptions.

After completing the Buyer Screening video call and receiving your deposit to reserve a kitten, we will arrange a date for you to visit the kitten at our Cattery.

We do not meet at separate locations with kittens for deposit purposes.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

Payment should be made via instant cash transfer, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. To reserve or collect a kitten at the time of pick-up, funds must be fully cleared in advance. These fees are non-negotiable and subject to change, and are automatically deducted by the Payment App service at the time of payment.

Installment Payments Policy

Installment payment options are available. You may pay in two installments after making a deposit, and at any date up to the mutually agreed upon pick-up date, or three days before the transport and shipment outside of the Cattery.

Balance Due Policy

The outstanding balance must be paid in full before arrival on the pick-up date, or three days prior to transport and shipment outside of the Cattery.

No exceptions. All processes and policies are strictly enforced.

KITTEN WAITLIST:

  • No fee to join
  • We email our waitlist your when kittens are expected and available, and post updates on Instagram and Facebook
  • We review our Kitten Waitlist applications and will give preference to those on the waitlist
  • You can then reserve a kitten with a deposit once we have announced they are available
